Team saved clients thousands of dollars in monthly recurring costs on application support, upgrade, and development efforts. Worked with Oracle as a beta tester for new releases of Oracle’s JDE EnterpriseOne (E1) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.

Coordinated with multiple department resources to develop and implement plant. Provided solution for required separation of duties to ensure Sarbanes/Oxley compliance. Used as springboard to implement and test new technology solutions to support JDE E1 9.0.

➢ Increased JDE solution up time by 15% and reduced infrastructure footprint by 70% without increasing risk. The net result was a 30% reduction in operating expenses, a 50% improvement in issues resolution time along with a 50% across the board increase in end-use satisfaction.
